North Fort Worth and the surrounding communities — Haslet, Saginaw, Keller, Eagle Mountain Lake — have seen a real increase in single-story inventory over the last several years, both in new construction and established neighborhoods. Builders in this area have responded to demand from exactly this demographic, which means there are more floor plan options at more price points than there were even five years ago.
